HDR is anything but dream-like and you may not think at first that you're actually in an O.B.E because your sight has so much detail. First Awake/asleep Cycle Is Usually Kind Of Sloppy

The first couple times you wake up and fall asleep, it's relatively easy to tell if you're nonphysical or physical because it's kind of a sloppy cycle and you swing wildly around between being awake and asleep.

However as the hypnotic fractionation effect kicks in, the cycles start to get tighter and tighter.
Eventually You're Alternating Very Tightly
The O.B.E.s start to become more and more realistic. Eventually it can be very difficult to tell if you're waking up into your physical bedroom or if you're in an O.B.E.
False Awakening Loops
This is called a false-awakening loop in which you think you wake up but end up in an O.B.E. You wake up again and end up in another O.B.E. It may take a couple tries before you really do wake up in your physical bedroom again.

This is because you've started spirally off center toward a nonphysical focus. What you need is a way to know that you're in an O.B.E and wake up for real.
How To Deal With The False-awakening Loop?
Basically you need a way to take the red pill. This is called a reality check. And not just any reality check will do, you need a movement-free reality check so that you can do it without disturbing your trance.
You Need Multiple Reality Checks
In fact you need a set of reality checks because there is no single silver bullet reality check which is 100% reliable.

Here are the 4 most effective, most reliable and easiest reality tests that you can start using immediately. I have tested each of these many times to see how well they work and what pitfalls to watch for. These are:
1.) The blindfold test
2.) Transparent eyelids
3.) Overlaid sight
4.) The spoon bending test
The Blindfold Reality Check: The Simplest Reality Check
First is the blindfold reality check. This is easiest reality check of all.
All you do is put on a blindfold and relax into sleep. If at any time you find that you can see the room through the blindfold then you know you're in a subconscious dream environment and you're looking at the dream version of your room.
The advantages are that it's simple and requires no practice Secondly, once it works, there's no doubt in your mind that it really did work. Also, it's an ongoing reality check. It's not something that comes and goes in an instant.
Secret System For Free O.B.E.s That Require No Work
So here's way you can use the blindfold test for free O.B.E.s that require exactly zero work. The fact is you probably are already having many spontaneous morning O.B.E.s but don't realize they're O.B.E.s because you don't have a system to catch these when they happen. All you need to do is get in the habit of sleeping with a blindfold on. Whenever you wake up and are able to see, you'll have just gotten a free O.B.E without doing any extra work!
Blindfold Reality Check: Disadvantages
As good as the blindfold test is, it does have its disadvantages For instance you may find the blindfold is distracting and that it's hard to relax with it on. The second disadvantage is exit blindness. Exit blindness happens a lot especially for new OBEers. When this happens you enter the dream and find that you are blind and so you can't see with or without the blindfold.
Dream blindness happens a lot and there are solutions to it that we'll cover later. However, all of these solutions require that you be lucid in the dream so it won't help if you're trying to use sight as a reality check.
Transparent Eyelids
One solution is to use the transparent eyelids effect. Transparent eyelids means that you see through your closed eyes into the nonphysical version of your bedroom.
This has the advantage of not wearing a distracting blindfold.
The disadvantage with the transparent eyelids effect is it's difficult to feel whether your eyelids are really open or closed.
So the way the transparent eyelids check often works is that it's after the fact. You first become lucid, then you notice you can see, and then you open your physical eyes and wake your physical body up.
Another scenario is that you open your eyes twice without closing them in between. You open them in the O.B.E and then open them again when you wake up physically.
In either case you may not know if you were nonphysically focused until it's too late and you're already physical again. So it's very useful to have a check that works immediately as soon as you have a nonphysical focus.
Overlaid Sight Reality Check
The third reality check to watch for is overlaid sight which happens as soon as you're nonphysical. When you're nearing a nonphysical focus you'll start to split your awareness between your waking surroundings and the dream version of your bedroom. Often you'll see your nonphysical surroundings from a slightly different angle than your physical surroundings. This makes it look like you have two sets of sight overlaid on top of each other, like two movie projections.
Overlaid sight doesn't last very long, usually you'll see your vision flicker back and forth and then stabilize. It's also rare to achieve overlaid sight because most of the time when you do O.B.E.s your eyes will be closed. Because of this you need a longer lasting check which brings us to the 4th movement free reality check called the "spoon bending" check.
Spoon Bending Reality Check
This brings us to the 4th movement free reality check which helps fix this. This reality check is the spoon bending check.
To do it, just fall asleep with a spoon in your hand.
When you think you might be in an O.B.E, squeeze the spoon and see if it bends.
As long as you don't move any other part of your body, you can move your fingers slowly and slightly and not disturb your trance. So even though you are moving a little bit this still counts as a movement-free reality check

Mark and Juno have bonded well because of their common interest in music and Juno spends much of her time with Mark at their home. Juno is warned by Bren not to get so intimate with Mark and one day Mark shows his feelings and asks Juno how she feels about him. Kimya Dawson, singer of top movies has performed in solo some wonderful songs in the movie. The dialogues penned by Cody are catchy and some of the one-liners are simply superb and quite witty. This is Reitman's second directorial venture (the first was Thank You for Smoking) and has kept the narrative of the movie in flow and made the visuals worth watching. If you are a teenager, the movie is for you - understand your parents and take their advice. If you are a parent, you should be supportive like Mac and Bren. So go and enjoy the movie, it is worth a visit.

They work hard, not looking for any handouts, pay their mortgage and bills on time and try to establish a family unit that will nurture their growth in a safe environment. It is here that you may find home schooling, religious training, tolerance, charity for the less fortunate, and a keen sense of belonging to a community and a wiliness to do their fair share.
It's with interest that citizens of the world are lining up to come to this country. They have had the real advantage of living in other countries that may be ruled by a dictator or Socialist County based on a plan of participation in low productivity and high unemployment (nothing is ever free) or religious zealot persecution. In any case the line has formed and has been in place since we have been a nation. Newcomers have the power of comparison of what they left. That is not to say anyone needs to give up his or her heritage, but don't try supper imposing on the rest of the nation. Otherwise they need to just stay where they are. After a series of intrigued conflicts laced with dry humor Vinod discovers the enormity of the auction and finds himself in hot pursuit of the elusive Colonel (Adil Hussain).
Through high-paced action, twists and turn the movie takes you on a global tour starting from Afghanistan, Moscow, Russia, and Morocco and through Riga, even Somalia, Cape Town, Karachi to finally climax in New Delhi and London with shootouts, Hitchcock-type suspense at times, breathtaking car and auto-rickshaw chases and extraordinary locales. Apart from keeping you engrossed it never even allows you to think where it is leading you to. Seemingly unconnected scenes will remain unconnected for you if you do not follow the well-knit and intelligent script and dialogues so crucially important in any Hollywood thriller. Brilliant cinematography and razor-sharp editing add to the pleasure of watching. When you finally feel it is all over in New Delhi you are taken over to London for another shattering climax. Mystery and intrigue concerning the characters of Dr. Ruby, the Colonel and Mr. Metla gives you the suspense treat and surprises. At one or two points you feel there are link breaks, but you can think it over only after the thrilling fare is over!
Agent Vinod in no James Bond, no Bourne and not even Mahendra Sandhu. It proves to be a most positive addition to the Indian spy film genre. Suspected of being a coconspirator in the robbery Zandulal follows them to Durban in order to clear his name. Meanwhile super idiot cop Arjun Singh (Anil Kapoor) who somehow manages to survive a wife, Kajal (Sushmita Sen), who tries to kill him every time her split personality takes over, ends up capturing Marcos who escapes only to kill the minister when he can't recover his diamonds. Yash and Raj in order to return Zandulal's money end up robbing the dead minister's safe along with the diamonds so that Zandulal keeps his mouth shut about Raj's real identity lest his marriage to Sanjana (Kangana Ranaut), who happens to be Kajal's younger sister is stopped by her Police Commissioner father, Shakti Kapoor. This confusing explanation is just half the story! To make matters worse everyone ends up following everyone else, everyone tries to double-cross everyone else and everyone heaves a sigh of relief when a bunch of gorillas set things right. Designed to antagonize the daylights out of the viewer, No Problem is loud, crass and lacks everything that constitutes a film right from the word go. There are a few lines that might look funny, a few sequences that might force you to throw in a chuckle or two but everything else is a 'big problem'. The acting is miserable with producer Anil Kapoor leading the charge; Paresh Rawal, Askhaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Sushmita Sen and Suniel Shetty all try to outdo each other but special mention needs to be made of Kangana Ranaut, who singularly packs in one of the worst acting jobs you'd ever see. There is nothing wrong with humor that, at times, is forced down one's throat but to orchestrate a whole film around mindless premise where an entire South African village happens to speak Hindi, where just about everyone from Durban's police commissioner to South Africa's Mining Minister is an Indian and gorillas act like humans and humans prance around like a bunch of drunk monkeys is just not funny. Time Warner said that it was going to start testing a new rate plan in Beaumont (Texas) that would limit the amount of bandwidth each customer can use each month before additional charges applied. New plans would offer between 5 gigabytes and 40 gigabytes of download a month. The top plan would cost roughly the same as the company's highest-speed service ($50 and $60 a month).
Time Warner wants to test bandwidth limits to crack down on a minority of customers who are heavy downloaders. Only five percent of Time Warner's customers use over half of its total bandwidth.
Bell Canada has imposed bandwidth limits on its customers. Bell Canada charges as much as $7.50 for each gigabyte when customers exceed the 30-gigabyte limit on a plan that costs about $30 a month. Since the average high-definition movie is 4 gigabytes to 5 gigabytes, that would mean a charge of at least $30 a download for customers on a plan like that who were over their limit.
On more expensive plans, the over-limit charges at Bell Canada are as low as $1 a gigabyte. That would represent a $4 to $5 charge for an HD movie for people over their monthly limits. Standard-definition movies are typically 1 gigabyte to 2 gigabytes.

Thomson is exploring methods for preventing bootlegging by the covert camcorder user. The company's technique involves inserting "artifacts" (extra frames, flashes of light, pixelated grid patterns, etc.) into the movie before it's shipped to theaters. The idea is to mark a camcorder recording without degrading the images moviegoers see.
The artifacts exploit the differences in the way a human brain and a camcorder receive images. In the technique that's furthest along, extra frames with the words like "Pirated Copy, You Are Scum" are inserted into the frame. These warning words appear at a frequency too fast for the human brain to process, but they will appear in a camcorder recording.
From a technical standpoint, it is probably impossible to completely prevent users from making copies of the media they purchase, as long as a "writer" is available that can write to blank media. The basic technical fact is that all types of media require a player. The player has to be able to read the media in order to display it to a human, then a player could be built that first reads the media, and then writes out an exact copy of what was read.
In practice, almost-perfect copies can typically be made by tapping into the analog output of a player (e.g. the speaker output or headphone jacks) and, once redigitized into an unprotected form, duplicated.
Since these basic technical facts exist, it follows that a determined individual will definitely succeed in copying any media, given enough time and resources. Media publishers understand this; copy protection is not intended to stop professional operations involved in the unauthorized mass duplication of media, but rather to stop "casual copying".
Copying of media which is downloaded (rather than being mass-duplicated as with physical media) can be inexpensively customized for each download, and thus restricted more effectively. They can be encrypted in a fashion which is unique for each user's computer, and the decryption system can be made tamper-resistant.
Publishers of music and movies have turned to encryption to make copying more difficult. CSS is a form of copy protection that uses 40-bit encryption. Copies will not be playable since they will be missing the key, which is not writable on DVD-R or DVD-RW discs. The work is encrypted using a key only included in the firmware of authorized players, which allow only legitimate uses of the work (usually restricted forms of playback, but no conversion or modification).
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act would make it illegal to distribute unauthorized players was supposed to eliminate the possibility of building a DVD copier. However, encryption schemes designed for mass-market standardized media such as DVD suffer from the fundamental weakness that once implemented, they can never be changed without breaking the standard. Manufacturers have been prevented from enhancing their DRM technology until recently, with the release of next-generation media such as HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc. This period represents more than enough time for the encryption scheme to be defeated by determined attackers. For example, the CSS encryption system used on DVD Video was broken within three years of its market release in November 1996 (see DeCSS), but has not been changed since, because doing so would immediately render all DVD players sold prior to the change incapable of reading new DVDs. This would not only provoke a furious backlash amongst consumers. More recent DVDs have attempted to augment CSS with additional protection schemes. Most modern schemes like ARccOS Protection use tricks of the DVD format in an attempt to trip up pirating programs, though it is noted that any scheme must stay within the bounds of the DVD Video format, limiting the possible avenues of protection and making it easier for hackers to learn the details of the scheme and find ways around it.
HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc, attempt to address this issue. Both formats employ the Advanced Access Content System (AACS), which provides for several hundred different encryption keys, each of which can be invalidated should one of the keys be compromised. Revoked keys simply will not appear on recorded discs, rendering the compromised players useless for future titles unless they are updated to fix the issue. For this reason, all HD-DVD players and some Blu-ray players include an ethernet port, so that they can download updates. Blu-ray Disc goes one step further with a separate technique called BD+, a virtual machine that can execute code included on discs to verify, authorize, revoke, and update players as the need arises. Since the protection program is on the disc rather than the player, this allows for updating protection programs within BD's working life by simply having updated programs included on newer discs.

Apple
Owners of the Apple TV set-top box are able to rent movies directly from their living rooms and begin watching them within minutes. "It will do for movies what iTunes has done for music," said Michael Gartenberg (JupiterResearch).
Apple will offer about 1,000 movies, 100 of them in high-definition. The new service will also offer movies from all the major studios. That's a big step, Apple has also tried to make Apple TV easier to use.
Apple faces more competition than it did when it launched the iPod. There is Sony, with its PlayStation 3 and Blu-ray disc players, and Comcast, which plans to offer 6,000 movies on demand each month, including more than 3,000 in high-definition.
Even the local Blockbuster has a larger selection of videos for rent than Apple, said John Barrett, director of research at Parks Associates, a market research firm focused on emerging technologies. And instead of worrying about a movie expiring within a day of starting to watch it, as with iTunes, Netflix customers can hang on to movies rented from its service for practically as long as they like, Barret added.
Should Apple's product prove popular, cable providers are likely to start integrating similar features into their set-top boxes.

Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) can't be excluded from these exciting adventures, full of intrigue, mystery, suspense, the element of surprise, pint of comedy, action, treachery, combat, romance, visual and special effects, beautifully wrapped into a wholesome package as they traversed the high seas in search of fortune, liberty, from "the curse" and the Royal British Navy in hot pursuit.
These three thespians perfectly portraying the characters they were hired to play in the flicks, possess one thing in common flowing deadly through their blood veins which i term the "piracy virus" with the natural absence of camaraderie as depicted in certain scenes in the flicks. Quite a handful of movies in Hollywood have with time de-mystified the lives and times of pirates. The word "Piracy" is said to have originated from the 13 century BC and was simply robbery committed at sea by recalcitrant fellows who had been ostracized from the society and had become outlaws, a bad influence on society, plying their trade in nefarious activities frowned at by the sovereign Government of the day. They hardly preened themselves but opted to religiously wear dirty clothes, earrings, keep overgrown beards, with yellow teeth that craved for the dentist's attention, ably accompanied by its companion halitosis. Piracy has over the years spread from the organized off shore network to the onshore territories, invoking a catastrophic effect on the populace and leaving their trails behind (a reminder that their paths had crossed with the shaken and ruffled up populace) which soon becomes untraceable as they masterfully conceal them. The stakeholders are the worst hit, who lick their wounds and count their losses. The act of Piracy has proliferated beyond what sceptics had envisaged, and with the state of the art technology at their disposal, they've spread their umbrella over Intellectual property, becoming grand masters in the game, especially in the area of Copy right infringement. The Intellectual property law from which one's rights accrues allows owners of works to seek refuge under the copy right laws to protect their ideas, have control over them and make tons of money. Copy right laws exist to protect the owner's materials and forbids anyone from reproducing and distributing same without their permission.
Piracy unfortunately has a strong grip on the Entertainment and Literary market. In the Movie sphere, copies of VCDs /DVDs bought by the roadside, down the street, creates visual distortions now and again, which prevents one from enjoying the movie flight. The cinematography quality is below standard, the movie stops abruptly because the disc has silently led a revolt against the plague of technical deficiencies imputed in it. How many Nigerians are guilty of purchasing local and foreign pirated flicks with the latter showing a movie goer's head and body blocking the gigantic screen, or walking past it, or people laughing, clapping, cat calling in response to certain scenes watched in the flicks.
Foreign pirated flicks that have flooded the Nigerian market are the handy work of pirates in other countries who telesync. They of course sneak into Theatres with camcorders and secretly tape the movies. The copies produced turn out to be sub- standard and through their network sell same on our streets. However, the evil genius 'Maven" was an exception to the "sub-standard rule" and was known among pirates for producing "quality bootleg movies", until the long arm of the Law caught up with him. The Internet has become a medium through which movies are illegally down loaded from certain websites for free or for a price, and are replicated in mass and sold. The Music terrain also suffers the same fate with bootleg recordings of Artistes works being sold on the streets. People have opined various reasons for purchasing VCDs/DVDs such as:
1) There's no point going all the way to the stores to buy from those who have met the marketing criteria set by the National Film and Video Censor's Board (NFVCB) when one can get same down the street, around the corner, for a cheaper price in comparison to the price tag put on the original copies
2) The movie producers, actors, make tons of money and live a flamboyant life style so why cry wolf ?
3) It's a Global problem, and even Gods' own country is not free from it, besides it's easily accessible where one chooses to down load it from the internet for free or for a paltry sum, so why not ?
4) One can even watch foreign flicks before it's shown at the cinemas, and even if it's being shown at the cinemas, the cost of purchasing a ticket is about six times the amount used in buying a pirated flick.
Piracy is certainly a global problem hitting various movie bodies where it hurts the most, powerfully aided by their network with hot spots in Europe, America, and South Asia. Bollywood has not been exempted from this "Entertainment massacre".
Nigeria looses millions of Naira yearly to the seemingly unshakeable piracy network, especially on the International circuit to its African counterparts and other countries. It is amazing how these dare devils work audaciously to ensure that the illicit business thrives. Armed with the financial resources, cutting edge technology, connections, they break the flow of the legal distribution cycle and flood the market with their pirated versions within hours, days of the first run movies, and sometimes before its official release. It is obvious that with technology and a strong network on their side, the authorities might well be fishing in the dark.
The Public should understand that making a movie is capital intensive. In other parts of the world, producers source for money from banks, high net worth individuals, large studios etc, unlike in Nigeria where financiers are mostly marketers who also double as distributors. On the foreign scene Investors recoup their money through box office sales (global, especially if it's a high budget movie), DVDs, cable, TV rights to broadcast the movies etc. In Nigeria it's recouped through only one source which is the sale of the VCDs/DVDs. Where pirated copies are purchased the producer runs the risk of never recouping the money, and if that happens consistently, potential financiers would be discouraged from investing in the movie making business, which will ultimately lead to a constant decline in the number of movies produced, heavy job cuts, a possible experience of the wilting days of entertainment, signalling a moribund end for the Industry.
The current sale of 15 movies (local and foreign) dubbed on a single DVD by the pirates, and sold cheaply to the public for as low as N 200 leaves much to be desired. The release of movies straight to DVD /VCD in Nigeria makes the pirates job a lot easier, after all just a single copy of the DVD/VCD is what is needed to create a booming multiplicity with its attendant financial magic making them smile to the banks. The National Film and Video Censors Board ("NFVCB") headed by the Director General, Mr Emeka Mba has vowed to combat piracy and bring the perpetuators to book. The Board has been using the TV medium to enlighten the public about the dangers of buying and selling pirated works, owning of illegal video clubs, selling uncensored and unclassified movies through the unstructured distribution framework (now corrected with the New Distribution Framework), amongst others.
The National Copyright Commission ("NCC") headed by Mr Adebambo Adewopo also launched its war against piracy, with the "Strategic Action Against Piracy" ("STRAP") to protect people's works from all forms of Copy right infringement. The "NCC's" Copyright Inspectors have conducted raids via tip off on piracy bases. The Commission also came up with the Optical Disc Regulation Policy, aimed at regulating the various Disc replicating and Duplicating plants, with its swift prosecution of offenders and the Alaba Anti- Piracy Task Force, Lagos. Alaba is known on one hand as 'the' vibrant marketing and distribution base of the Industry, and on the other as 'the notorious' base for the promotion of pirated works. Other Marketing /distribution domains are found in Idumota (Lagos), Namdi Azikiwe (Lagos), Iweka road (Onitsha), and Pound road (Aba) . They are also not pirate- free zones.
Artistes have not been spared from the copyright massacre, as their works are also being pirated, going by the fact that Music has become the number one source of entertainment in Nigeria. The Multi - million Industry which has transformed the lives of Artistes, whisking them away from the valley of lack on to the mountain top of fame and fortune, has caught the attention of the International communities, teeming Nigerian youths, Corporate bodies (who engage the services of Top rated Artistes when launching new products). TV reality music shows have also sprung forth, such as "Project Fame West Africa", "Idols West Africa", "Star Quest", "Nokia First Chance", "Peak Talent Show"), while various Local and International Award platforms ( "MAMA", "Kora", "Hip Hop World Awards", "NMVA", "SMVA") are on hand to reward them. One can listen to music while on the move or at a spot via the Radio broadcast received through mobile phones, sound systems at home, in cars, from the boom boxes in the neighbourhood, through the TV, practically almost everywhere, (especially in Lagos state).
The continued act of piracy over the works of Artistes prompted members of the Nigerian music Industry (Coalition) to embark on a hunger strike from the 25th of August 2009 apparently till the 1st of September 2009, (to protest the Federal Government's lackadaisical attitude towards piracy). They declared the 1st of September 2009 as "No Music Day", having appealed to the Media not to broadcast music over the airways on the said date for six hours (9am - 3pm). Unfortunately the Radio and TV stations did not honour their request and blasted music according to their regular schedule as the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) had earlier declared that where such act was allowed , there would be a negation of the terms of license of the broadcast station to serve Nigerians, programmes without music was inconceivable, contractual agreements with clients would be broken, and certain stations whose strength revolves around music would be put at a disadvantage.
Authors on a regular basis experience copy right infringement of their works (literary and non-literary), losing the financial reward that would automatically have accrued to them. Piracy without an iota of doubt is certainly a big problem within our shores. The "NFVCB" and the "NCC" should continue to carry out aggressive public enlightment campaigns, conduct seminars, bi-annual stakeholders conference. I believe that an Independent body, separate from the "NCC" ( which is already saddled with too many responsibilities) be established to specifically combat piracy, bringing perpetuators to book in the Courts of Law, the way the EFCC and ICPC were specifically established to rid the Nation of corruption .
Hot lines, e-mail addresses, adverts promoting the body and stating what awaits offenders via the media, regular press conferences, interactive websites, functional offices where complaints can be lodged, unreserved co-operation by the Police with relevant bodies and its officials especially when embarking on raids, embrace of the Water Mark technology, partnership with foreign counterparts to monitor the distribution process within their shores, ensuring that justice is not only done but is seen to have been done are some of the ways i believe piracy can be reduced to the barest minimum within our shores.
These are a few practical suggestions that can be used in combating piracy. Can the piracy virus and its host be quarantined? Yes it can. Can the virus be totally eliminated from the Entertainment circuit? Yes it can, "if the miracle cure is found", and what is the miracle cure? ...well that's the $64,000 dollar question earnestly begging for an answer!
